ACCOUNTANT Reference Number: Hi-TZ/HR/2017/05/01 Positions: 1 Location: Dar es Salaam Responsibilities: The accountant will have the below responsibilities. • Adequate implementation of effective financial controls. • Strict adherence to the financial budget, as well as budgeting and budgetary controls • Monitor Cash and Bank balances and doing cash flow projections. • Maintaining of Debtors and Creditors ledgers and carrying out reconciliations of the same. • Maintenance of a Fixed Assets Register • Petty cash management – issuing and reconciliation • Carry out analysis of payment requests and reconcile them with approved documentation including purchase orders and contracts. • Process payments to service providers and remit statutory deduction to relevant authorities in accordance with operating guidelines. • Preparing staff payroll and remit statutory deductions to the relevant authorities. • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. Minimum Requirements: • A Business Management course or CPA (T) from a reputable institution. A degree is an added advantage. • 3 years relevant experience in a busy/equivalent organization • Must be fluent in both verbal and written English. • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent communication skills • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Computer literate with knowledge on accounting packages • Ability to work unsupervised. 2. SALES EXECUTIVES Reference Number: Hi-TZ/HR/2017/05/02 Positions: 2 Location: Dar es Salaam Reporting to: Business Development Manager Responsibilities: The Sales Executive is responsible for meeting business targets that are set during development of the business and marketing plans. Additional responsibilities include: • Generate sales leads and proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects • Assist in designing and executing strategies built towards developing new business. • Open business development dialogs with strategic customers with a particular interest to build a few large strategic accounts. • Deliver superior client and customer service with unmatched professionalism in written and verbal communications. • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion Minimum Requirements: • Diploma in Sales and Marketing. Degree is an added advantage. • At least 3 years’ experience selling FMCGs • Must be fluent in both verbal and written English. • Strong client relationship management and development aptitude with a desire to make contribution to a growing organization. • Possess solid presentation and communication skills. • Market research and Sales management experience with a record of sales growth • Ability to work independently. 3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Reference Number: Hi-TZ/HR/2017/05/03 Positions: 1 Location: Dar es Salaam Responsibilities: • Implementing a strategic and robust business plan to enable the company meet its objectives. • Increasing revenue and funding by developing business relationships with existing and new customers, successfully closing business deals, and developing and implementing a growth plan. • Locating and proposing potential business deals by contacting prospective partners, discovering and exploring opportunities. • Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials, evaluating options and resolving internal priorities. • Developing negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with the clients’ strategies and operations. • Protecting the organization’s value by keeping information confidential. • Liaising with the other departments to manage integrated campaign executions. Minimum Requirements: • Degree in Business Management/ Economics/ Sales & Marketing or any other related Degree from a reputable organization. • At least 4 years’ experience in a busy reputable organization • Be 28 years and above • Must be fluent in both verbal and written English. • Excellent communication and IT skills. • Strong problem-solving and creative skills • Strong sales and negotiation techniques • Team working and leadership skills • Attention to detail.
